Not especially thick, but mossy. There is moss everywhere in these parts. The wet Atlantic air hits the slopes of Dartmoor and everywhere is wet. Moss loves it. We've had the driest Summer for many years. This temperate rain forest won't survive the coming storm. #thicktrunktuesday

Back in 2015 I made a camera out of an optical mouse chip. It was a pinhole camera (no lens) & I had to make the pinhole with a needle. I called it Polyphemouse.
