The Shakespeares were great because we had mid-budget films & made films especially for tweens/teens. I fear now we'd get MCU-ified, edgy Jabberwocky. I think a big budget Canterbury Tales could rule, depending on the director! Tbh I'm still waiting for people to be adequately into The Green Knight.
