Great point about the freedom of a mid-budget price point. Teenagers are more likely to be exposed to Shakespeare (and against their will, too) than adults and their perspective should take priority.

The Shakespeares were great because we had mid-budget films & made films especially for tweens/teens. I fear now we'd get MCU-ified, edgy Jabberwocky. I think a big budget Canterbury Tales could rule, depending on the director! Tbh I'm still waiting for people to be adequately into The Green Knight.
