Jeanine Pirro should be disbarred. It is absolutely indefensible and gross misconduct to rush through a criminal indictment for political reasons before an investigation has been completed, which resulted in false evidence being presented to a grand jury.

I know lots of people disagree with me about this in good faith (particularly when James O’Keefe does it), but the First Amendment ought to protect this.

I’m trying to imagine how this claim would have worked even theoretically. It seems like it would have to be an FTCA claim for malicious prosecution, which imports Tennessee’s malicious prosecution law, which categorically forecloses liability under these circumstances.

Monty Fritts isn’t just a fringe candidate for Governor. He is an elected state rep. who makes laws in Tennessee. We are actually governed by him and others like him. It’s not great. www.wsmv.com/2026/07/29/t...

Has anyone serious written on the viability of the next administration extraditing Hegseth et al. to one of these countries to be prosecuted for murder?

Since last year, the Trump administration has bombed dozens of civilian boats near the Caribbean, killing at least 221 people. This military campaign isn’t just illegal and immoral — it has also done nothing to stop drugs from entering the U.S. Congress must end this senseless killing spree.

These are not “businesses.” “Settlements” are not a “business,” and neither are “crypto deals.” People are funneling the President and his family huge amounts of money in exchange for benefits from the government. The better word for such profiteering is “emoluments.” Another word is “bribery.”

In 2017, most of the revenue President Trump’s businesses generated came from his domestic golf and real estate portfolio. By the first year of his second term, his business holdings had transformed and expanded in areas where he wields immense power. Take a closer look. trib.al/313eKiF

There has never been a time in American history when conservative politics were unwelcome in country music institutions, and there probably never will be. This is a very weird victimization frame that is entirely self-created.

I am giving myself a headache trying to imagine how good this economy would be if we just didn’t do any of the things that Trump has spent the past 1.5 years doing (tariff bonanza, the wars, the invading American cities, deporting everyone, etc.).
