I got not one, but TWO building permits today, one of which was in the city of Seattle itself, which always feels like a feat. Go me.

I don’t really ever find much discussion about the financial cost of ADHD. The times you have to hire a locksmith or replace the kindle that was left on the top of the car or the missed appointment you are still required to pay for. It’s a very expensive disability.

I watched a woman at the grocery store today load her cart with at least 6 bags of clearance Taylor Farms bagged salads. Maybe she just won the lottery and feels lucky or something? Also why on earth are they selling them on clearance instead of taking them off shelves??

Maren Morris at the zoo last night. I’d never gone to Zoo Tunes before & lemme tell you: perfect venue for families & tired middle aged people. SO chill. Concert started by 6, ended before 9. Everyone had beach chairs. Got caught up w/a dear friend. We brought our takeout in. 10/10 would recommend.
