Great to present 2x in one day on Friday on law of US cyber attack (OCO), ethics, AI. First, Case Western Reserve U Law AI symposium. Second, Cybersecurity Law Seminar hosted by Ohio Dept of Commerce & Ohio Cyber Range Institute. Ended with usual ethics advice: lawyer job is courage & integrity.

After Yale Law next up presenting my research on Congress's secret law was Idaho State's annual Frank Church Symposium. Secret legislated law is an ironic result of his investigation of intelligence abuses.

This legislation prof can check off another Capitol: Utah. Amazing location, surrounded by mountains. Lovely neoclassical building. Sense of expansiveness and welcome. The rotunda reminds me of Wisconsin although smaller and less adorned. The beehive motifs are a symbol of hard work and community.

World gets scary and I get busier -- did @newsmax.com this morning, nuke pod yesterday, and AM talk radio on why (1) Trump Iran War is a war (Speaker Johnson contrary claims are unfounded) and (2) most egregious use of force violation of US Constitution and international law in US history. Yikes.

So great to re-create this pic from 20 yrs ago with Bill Eskridge. Then he was my prof @yalelawschool-yls.bsky.social . Now we are colleagues in the legislation tribe that Bill leads. He is a 1st class scholar, teacher, human, and champion of the right of queer people to be equally human under law.

Today's 6-3 Supreme Court decision striking down Trump's tariffs should have been 9-0. But it's a clear W for Constitution, rule of law, separation of powers, Congress, courts, and the public. WWWWWW. Big L for attempted autocracy. Left to litigation: how illegally taxed Americans can get $$ back.

Renewing my regular request for quality evidence & writing contesting claims of the Trump Admin's critics: that it is using the authoritarian playbook; repressive; seeking or fostering Executive autocracy. I want good args that national majority is WRONG that Trump is operating as a dictator. Thx!
