Summer tomatoes deserve a daily appearance. I made Chopped Salad with Tahini and Za’atar by @ottolenghi from Simple: juicy tomatoes, crisp Lebanese cucumber, creamy feta, nutty tahini and fragrant za’atar. Fresh, crunchy and very easy to keep eating. 🍜🍽️

Tomato, Arugula and Walnut Salad from Boustany by @sami_tamimi. The savoury garlic, caper and sun-dried tomato base is balanced with peppery arugula, fresh herbs, tangy pomegranate molasses, lemon zest and chilli. Fresh, salty, sweet and pleasantly sharp. 🍜🍽️
