Thereβs a restaurant like this in Windsor, Ontario, just across the river from Detroit, called βUkrainian Restaurantβ. Run by a woman in her 90s who cooks everything in a small kitchen in the back. The dishes are kept in the cabinets along the wall. You pay in cash. She will not accept tips.

Three Brothers in Milwaukee feels like that. The building is a beautiful old Schlitz tied house that the family has tended since the 50s.

My anecdotal observation within the aviation community is that pilots of ICE missions (ex: those who fly for Avelo) are treated as outcasts.
