It is indeed, and easily made in most locations with on-site materials. For instance, I'm in Middle Tennessee, and we have a limestone quarry in our small town that could provevide all the raw materials needed. Not to mention a ready supply of used silos of varying sizes on the surrounding farms.

all jokes aside, look up neurocysticercosis. Caused by pork tapeworm, eventually become encased in cysts, in brain can cause a number of neuro sxs (seizures, hydrocephalus, other focal neuro issues, and yes, cognitive issues). Incidence much less if hygiene/food supply good. Cysts easily seen on CT.
This is outstanding, and could solve energy battery problems across the world, without the need for rare earth and other uncommon materials. This could easily be deployed in American towns from coast to coast, and as most of the U.S. is warmer than Finland, the potential savings are even greater.
