Flopsy is autistic and I plan to eventually plan out a scene of her experiencing a meltdown, since I feel it’s important to recognize the unpleasant parts of the disorder. I myself have not had a severe meltdown in years, but in a world like the digital circus, one is bound to happen.

I used to draw so many dragons

- privately shared nudes of another friend to mock her. - after going no-contact, used multiple fake numbers, emails, and another friend to contact me. - weaponized my insecurities, vulnerabilities, and trauma against me. All of this was justified by said ex-friend and stayed mostly private.

Things that an ex-friend did that were abuse - TW: self harm - Coerced me into c*tting myself and sharing the pics. First time didn’t bleed enough so I was forced to do it again. - Forced me to abandon my cats outside, while on video call, to “prove my devotion“ to him.

Recovery from prolonged emotional abuse is also fighting constant urges to self sabotage when things are going well because the nervous system is not used to safety, it’s used to surviving, even when survival mechanisms are counterproductive. For the record, I’m toughing it out but it takes work.
