My mother-in-law had to be ambulanced an hour and a half away because three of the closest hospitals were full in November of 2020. This was in northern Colorado.

I’m having a hard time getting past his awkward teleprompter reading skills. This doesn’t come across as sincere or truthful at all.

He cares about the stock market more than he does people’s lives.

My cat only cuddles when she’s cold. I love my winter weather kitty.

Their memories run long for their hate of masking and closures, but very short when it comes to people who have died and suffered from this disease. Turns out, inconvenience is worse than death.

By “village,” I mean the school system.

I’ve seen it work. It requires intense discipline. More often I’ve witnessed its failures. It usually starts out great, and then parents become lax and kids quickly fall behind, requiring them to fall back a year to catch up in public school. It takes a village. Lean on your village.

I’d rather have plain old dumb than malicious dumb.
