As its editor-in-chief did the rounds saying she was “not a Musk hater,” he was on X calling her a traitor to the West and suggesting she be murdered. Please, have some dignity.

Schakowsky is (was, come January) a progressive. Fetterman is not. And I think senators like Slotkin, Peters, Kaine, etc do much more damage to the party by talking about “the threat to democracy!” and then voting for Trump nominees like sheep dogs. Stevens would simply be more of that.

Amazing how many people in the comments choose to attack Bernie personally rather than engage with his point. Bernie is by no means perfect, but he’s spot-on here. Moderates like Rahm punch left because it’s easy, but they’re impotent at driving real voter enthusiasm. No vision.

Maybe. I think Biden-Bernie (and Clinton-Bernie) represents a different dynamic there than what we’ll see in ‘28. Like, I mentioned Ossoff, who btw is mot even that progressive, certainly not DSA. But I think his energy is more likely to resonate there than some of the more milquetoast folks.
