Finished Minagoroshi. Looking back at my experience with Higurashi so far, I haven't been this emotionally impacted by a piece of art in years. Even more than Umineko somehow!!!!!!!!!!!

I get frustrated when people argue about theories for a story as if their personal credibility is at stake. I think the point of theorizing is not to come up with the right answer but instead to craft something clearly wrong but so elaborate that you eventually delude yourself into believing it.

Laughed incredibly hard at this background on the Tsumihoroboshi steam points shop. You could probably count the number of people who have bought and used it on one hand.

A country being 250 years old is not all that impressive to me because I imagine 1 country year = 10 human years. But turning 25 is not a big milestone at least in my eyes. "250 is a nice number regardless" so is 222 andd 225 which is a square of 15 if you didn't know.

I've stuck with ReimuA in every Touhou game because that's what I picked on my first time playing. Marisa is too fast for me and the other characters have unfamiliar playstyles. For some irrational reason the other Reimu variants aren't truly Reimu in my eyes. I always feel safe picking ReimuA.

Finished Chapter 2 and then slept for 4 hours. That was not good for my emotional state the next day.

Finished Chapter 1 and I haven't been able to stop thinking about it for the entire day. My initial expectations were "It's the first thing released by Ryukishi so it won't be bad it probably won't be incredible right off the bat." I was WRONG.
