Having great fun playing with gouache brushes in Procreate and some bold and punchy colour palettes. Wee bit of trivia - HMS Triumph was one of the first vessels Horatio Nelson served on.

The beer is a hoppy session IPA; an old world style with new world flavours featuring Columbus bittering hops from the US and Nelson Sauvin and Pacific Sunrise aroma hops from New Zealand (hence the beer name). Rice husks add some depth and character to this tasty, quaffable 3.7% IPA.

😂 It’s a wireless hydrometer and controller that lets me see how the brew is getting along. I’m all for experimenting but not sure am quite ready for an egg beer :)
