Seriously, who is this Cardi O bitch?

For me, it's less about the sweaty and more about the pounding pulse at the base of my skull and the feeling that my heart is about to explode.

My gym is strictly group sessions with set programs, which is great for those who need external encouragement. They have three cardio programs: one is moderate intensity for longer periods, one is HIIT, and the other is the worst of both (intense + long). Guess which one I always skip.

I've always been more about meat and taters (precious) than veggies, but godsdammit, sometimes I just want a salad. And now those incompetent asswad shitbrains have taken even that from me.
