The amount of taxes we pay to the feds compared to what we get in return is outrageous. This needs much more attention, including from our businesses. The reason we keep increasing local taxes (the only ones we can keep 100%) is because so much of our state & fed taxes are going elsewhere.

Join us today at 2 pm if you can! In person or testify remotely. I wish we were voting on Phase 2 and adopting new neighborhood centers across the City today. 🤷🏻‍♂️ But hopefully we can at least pass legislation to minimize future harmful and unnecessary delays.

Good game. Spain certainly deserved to win. So thankful it didn’t end in PKs. As an aside, PKs shouldn’t exist for a World Cup. It should just keep going until someone scores. That way teams don’t play to get to PKs.
