This needs to stop. How bad does it need to get before the people with power to do something, do it?

This advice helped me a TON. But I first found a TLDR version. Anything worse doing is worth doing poorly. Another version is set your bars low. Small wins. So you feel accomplished instead of high bars that even if you do get some stuff done you feel like a failure bc you didn't clear the bar.
