(Just to make sure I'm being absolutely clear that is not an accusation. The celebrity in question could be any famous well liked person for the scenario to largely be the same.)

Sometimes I think about what if, to just use any random example, Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson just had his way with me at some point in the past and he knew it happened and I knew that happened, what recourse would I, Joe Nobody, have to do anything about that to see him brought to justice?

There's also the fact that a lot of people tend to disbelieve victims, esp against a celebrity they like. And until a lot of accusations and murmurs become public, even I begrudge to admit the word of one person can look a bit far fetched.

I know it was probably people online joking around and there was likely never actually a Memes: The Movie in consideration, but I like to imagine there was but the reception of the Emoji Movie led to the conclusion it would have been a big steaming pile that should never see the light of day.

I'm reminded of all the internet rumors reporting that a memes movie was set to be produced after the Emoji Movie came out, and that Pepe was going to be a main character. Thank Lucifer that never happened.
