the latest newsletter made me start writing a hunch I've had since chapter 5 released, now I'm turning it into a proper theory thing 0-0 I cannot believe I was in the right direction. I wonder how much longer I can keep this streak going... it's about the structure and pacing of the game, btw! :P

my ttrpg system is sitting at around 60% completion! even though all of it is DESIGNED in my nonsensical notes, I'm transcribing it all, so: 11 core mechanics are fully written, 1 is almost fully written, and 8 still need to be written entirely. at least 1 more is sure to be added to this, too.

perverted women be like "a-ha! I should make a list about this." ... I have spent the last few days formatting and listing things with folders and notes that link back to each other. for 2 entirely different projects. I'm in the process of transcribing stuff for a third one. perversion. I think.

it's honestly fascinating how the Forgotten Man's melody gets increasingly less distinct throughout the chapters. in chapter 1-2 it's a normal melody. in 3 it goes to 8-bit, losing complexity. in 4 it goes to AMBIENCE, sounding so far away. and in 5 it has no focus at all — disorganized, messy.

we seem to be getting the start of a new Deltarune ARG with the steam account responsible for the patch notes (named "g.") changing its ID to "weatherdoll" — so "w d g", of course. WEATHERDOLL is the current name of the "default" monster in the code (also named ECHIDNA and G BODY). #deltarune
