I listened to a lot of Celebrity Skin in the 90s. Courtney Love gets a lot of grief, but she's a very talented musician. The 90s were my favourite decade of music, so I, too, had a wealth of options to choose from. I miss those days.

I've had a tamale lady (shout-out to Miss Maria) for about a decade; she makes her own tamales and red and green sauces. She's also given me freebies over the years as birthday and Christmas gifts. She doesn't come around as much these days due to her health, but I always hope she has blessed days.

I'm really sorry to hear August isn't any better for you. 🫂 The summer in general is rarely a good time for me, but July and September are my "feeling constantly alert" months, and I know you know how that is. Here's to a good, healthy, and inspiring summer for us both. 🫂
