Look, there's a lot of negative things to be said about Disney... but if someone traps you somewhere to rant at you on camera for views, play ANY song from a Disney musical loudly and the Mouse will banish it from the internet in 2.5 seconds. Also serves to drown out the ranter.

Based on current life events: Reach out to the people that you miss, that are important to you but you don't connect with often. Be honest, tell them how you feel about them, that you miss them and own your part in that distance. Chances are pretty good that they feel the same.
