Watched the Luc Besson Valerian and the City of a Thousand Planets again the other day. Oh boy, I'd forgotten what a mess of a film it was. Stunning visuals, but the plot is virtually non-existent and you could make furniture out of the acting.

Just back from seeing #TheOdyssey. Epic doesn't even come close. The way the story unfolded was good, the only confusion for me was whether the feast at the very beginning was the same as the feast at the end or not, but it didn't really matter.

However the Clacton by-election plays out, Farage has lost. If he actually loses (here's hoping) then he is forever the man that lost his seat to someone wearing a bin on his head. 1/

Just seen a report on #BBC news about the potential for droughts that mentioned that no new reservoirs have been built in decades. However, there was no mention of the fact that privatisation happened and is almost certainly the cause.
