I believe Dundon continues to make this lawsuit a sticking point for the following reasons: - He knows he'll lose - A lawsuit will force him to hand over documents that will crumble his leverage - Losing the lawsuit will compromise his poor-boy budget to manage and/or move the team

It hasn't even been six months, and this franchise is already unrecognizable.
