During the Zhalfir preview piece we see some concept art for what appears to be a Nightstalker - a creature indigenous to the swamps of Domiaria, and only seen in Portal 2. I loved how these things looked as a kid, and I think it's really neat to finally see them return.

I really love creating inclusive spaces as a trans enby gay Ɓøî who deals with health issues and neurodivergence.

I feel like I could offer a great space for new players to learn about MtG lore and also a welcoming queer space and friendly space for neurodivergent players. I have felt a lot of lacking for those spaces outside of my queer LGS.

I hope you get it. Maybe I might apply in the future, but at the moment I'm not really up to planning a trip. I usually do local events with MtG artists, but have always wanted to do a Magic Con.

It's kinda sad as Squirrels, Cats and Dragons are my favorite creature types. Maybe we will get a cool Cat mechanic in Zalphir.

I have a WGU squirrels tokens deck that's a go wide strategy, and a Legendary deck that uses the Ur-Dragon as the commander. But I'm looking at my Cat deck and How do I make it unique? What makes Cats unique? They're just a go Wide and Buff like squirrels... it's feeling very badly designed.

As promised, here are my thoughts on Roaming Throne and why the card has been bugging me for a bit. To me, the card symbolizes a greater issue with modern-day Commander design (and makes games rather predictable as a result). RT's welcome! bit.ly/roaming-throne #MTGCommander

It's so overwhelming, I don't even know when prereleases are anymore. It's a bombardment of look at this card, and less of a come play the prerelease. Also I'm pissed there are no stamped promo cards. Those were really fun to have in my decks remembering the cool events.

MtG lore has that during the great dragon war, the dragons who lost were punished by having their limbs removed, some of these became drakes and some of them became the Wurms. They also lost their sentience during it. I get this isn't MtG, but it should also conform to the game rules.

Feels like he should have the Wurm creature type with that name. There is Worm as a type but that's more what you think of as giant earthworms and not a MtG Wurm, which is a Dragon devoid of limbs.

Okay, hear me out. First, this is one of the original Elder Dragons for Elder Dragon Highlander. Second, It's ya boy, Nicol Bolas. Third, no one is gonna expect the Nicol Bolas Inquisition. Fourth, this could be an interesting flavor build around. Fifth, that art is awesome.

I thought it was another dragon at first glance. this is like the 3rd or 4th book cover where Smaug is promanent in it.

Same. I've been doing that for ages.

I've been toying with an idea for a submission. I really need to work on it some more. No one really talks about how disabilities create unique barriers to the game, and I have a lot to say about it being disabled and neurodivergent. But it's so jumbled in my head. I'm gonna try and work on it more.
