Long story short Government: Everything is fine actually and trans rights are exactly where we want them (segregated and banned in schools and for young people)

The thing about these bans is that they filter down to even rec leagues. These tennis associations such as the USTA also oversee amateur and rec league regulations. So a trans woman wanting to do some casual matches with friends is also banned. It's about exclusion, not fairness.
