heretic and hexen don't have the infinitely tall monsters since you could fly (and also jump in hexen)

also done to speed up calculations too i think, since you'd autoaim onto monsters anyway there wasn't really much point to give them an accurate hitbox, and also there are more monsters at a given point than projectiles

cs2 in general is such a downgrade from csgo besides it being on source 2

finally it doesn't even show the publisher (formgen's) logo anywhere, which they were probably required to do

first off, it looks nothing like any of the actual ads for the game, this one looks way too cheap and you can even see duke's really poorly cut out from the box art, second it puts 3drealms' url without the www. prefix which wasn't possible back when the game came out

the only exceptions i think would be stuff from the cga era or older cause that card had a composite output

it's fine to say that like, snes games were made for blurry crt's cause that's what tv's looked like, but computer monitors were always made to be sharp cause you'd look at a lot of text on it so to say that an old pc game should look blurry is just plain wrong

create the big machine so you can make the jumping spider slightly bigger so you can pet it :3

i kinda doubt there will be a wolf 2009 remaster this year, they've been pretty busy with sin reloaded and also there have been quite a lot of updates to quake 1 on steamdb before quakecon lol, but yeah i was thinking about waiting till they remaster hexen 2

i should get around to playing hexen 2 sometime but i keep putting it off cause i heard the puzzles were even worse in that one lol

i've seen a bunch that tried to do a remake of these ideas but they all end up like hl1 alpha mods
