Andreas KranebitterHeute ist ein guter Tag. Wir haben vor dem OGH gewonnen, und das auf voller Linie. Es geht um ein Verfahren aus dem Jahr 2023. Die FPÖ hatte das DÖW als „pseudowissenschaftlich“ diffamiert. Wir haben uns juristisch gewehrt – und jetzt letztinstanzlich vor dem OGH Recht bekommen. Aus dem Urteil:

According to Martin Sellner's Telegram, this year's "Identitarian" summer demonstration in Vienna has in fact been canceled. A little surprising, as there had been talk of alternative routes. Would assume the FPÖ is not unhappy about it (if true). No need for more bad press and internal debates rn.
