At worst, it was entirely fake. At best, Mighty Mog is a real guy who resorted to manipulating people's emotions. Both situations are terrible.

The situation with Mighty Mog is troubling to say the least. I'm still trying to figure out what happened. I'm... at minimum very disappointed.

Fun fact: Alan Young actually *wrote* the original Mickey's Christmas Carol album and helped adapt it to cartoon. That's how he got attached to Disney. He asked to voice Scrooge McDuck, and held that role until he sadly passed away.

I'm just saying that because when I think of the stories I've heard about Tara Strong, that's a night-and-day difference. My goodness. If a fan forgot the name of a character she voiced, I think her reaction would make the news.

Justin Briner (probably best known as Deku from My Hero Academia) was at a conference and a fan forgot the name of a character he played that she adored. He was incredibly kind about it. Fans get nervous. Kindness is free. Justin Briner just seemed incredibly awesome in how he handled that moment.

Wait. There's a film version? I've been very curious about it but haven't had an opportunity to see it.

I used to play it with my friend Matt many many years ago. We managed to get the good ending. Good memories. Challenging, but very very fun. And that music is just fantastic.

I have an Analogue Super NT and I can vouch it is a fantastic way to play original SNES cartridges on modern TVs (and yes, it's hard to find and often ridiculously expensive on the second-hand market). Someone needs to jump on this.
