I've read about half (maybe slightly more than that?) of her novels and each time she simply does not miss, so this could be a great one to do

I have a dusty century-old complete set sitting here and, having read three, I'm excited to get to all of the others too

Last year I read/reread every Aeschylus, Sophocles, and Euripides play. This year I'll be finishing all of Shakespeare's. Next year I'll have read all of Ishiguro's novels. Since I clearly enjoy making long reading lists, who should be next? I'm thinking Toni Morrison, Woolf, Baldwin, or _______?

I knew that going in, but yeah, it’s bracing to read something so bad from someone who elsewhere writes so well. But then again this is true of most authors!
