We took our daughters to what was all of our first Valkyries game and I couldn’t believe how incredible the vibes were there. Not only had everyone there come explicitly to have a great time, everyone seemed invested in our daughters having a great time. Never seen anything like it.

Sure but half of them probably think they’re getting personal emails from the president. I doubt as many Democratic voters are under the same delusion and are just annoyed.

If there’s any connection, it seems like he’s a big wife and family guy and thinks a lot about how awful it would be to be away from them.

They were clearly referencing it and intentionally conflating calling Netanyahu a war criminal with an attack on all of Israel, but I can see you think it’s clever to pretend context doesn’t exist.

Did you not read the screenshots? They both explicitly reference Mamdani’s statement about Netanyahu, with the first one blaming it for the attack.

Sure, but that shouldn’t stop every dem from bringing him up during every msnbc hit and calling for congressional hearings over this. They don’t have a Fox News to beat the drum all on their own, but they could make this kid and his story a lot more famous if they try.

That’s what primaries are for. I think it’s good this sea change is happening now so that by the time ‘28 primary season comes around, what the base wants from the party candidate will be much clearer.

There is zero chance the DSA runs a third party candidate in the general. But “fails to back her” gives you plenty of wiggle room to blame them regardless.
