I have a past of working very hard in farming and construction for 45 years in extreme heat to extreme cold. I have the right mindset to keep going even if I feel some pain from my hernia I got 5 1/2 years ago and back surgery I had 24 years ago. I will not allow any negative thoughts to defeat me.

Many times, yes. At the age of 72, I go walking up and down the trails along the hills outside of Barcelona where there are times I have to grab onto rocks, trees, bushes, etc. to make it up real steep hills making my own trails.

Yes it sure is an awesome place. I went inside it when it was free to enter and photographed a lot of interesting works of art. I'm still able to walk up and down all those stairs but there are times where the escalator gives me a short rest. LOL!!!
