I liked her laugh. I found it genuine, down to earth, and infectious. If life ever gets to the point you cannot laugh it’s time to seek help of some sort.
I lived there in the 50s and am go glad my family moved north. As a young kid it was a totally different world, made friends with some great people of different nationalities and skin tones.
He could never have a dog because other people would interact, pet, and give the dog treats. That would distract from him being the center of attention.
Friday he is off to Camp David for a cabinet meeting (perhaps a medical procedure?) and then to Bedminister. He may collect another golf trophy this weekend.
