André ArkoI wrote an update on the dispute with Ruby Central over Bundler and RubyGems. I'm sad it's reached this point, especially since Ruby Central's conferences are a big part of what convinced me to join the Ruby community back in the day. andre.arko.net/2026/07/30/rub…
put up a little site @atmo.sh, based off @tangled.org's `sh.tangled.publicKey` lexicon every profile also serves data at the uri + .keys, .json, .csv, .txt, and .yml in the appropriate format (e.g., atmo.sh/bnb.im.json) also lets you manage your public keys (write + delete)
i'm really happy that @tangled.org implemented the .keys url feature on profiles that GitHub has tangled.org/bnb.im.keys
my hope for @upvote.at is for it to be a building block, and for the @upvote.at website to be a minimal* reference implementation of what an atmospheric link aggregator could look like that's two distinct projects splitting out the lexicons makes sure that's clear
upvotepublished upvote.at lexicons as a distinct repo from the core website repo so they can be managed independently from the website implementation and can be referenced + worked on completely independently from *our* link aggregator implementation
getting some reps in with techno because I'm playing a 150+bpm set at @wonderville.nyc on the 25th, put up a quick 20 minute mix I recorded in one shot if you're looking for something to listen to
