Quite a lot of the testimony has made the case that criticism of Israel, and support for Israel, is allegedly itself antisemitic. It seems to me that the people who need to be taken most to task for reinforcing that false definition of antisemitism is many of the members of the pro-Israel community.
I don’t mean to dismiss the real pain some Jewish people experience, but examples such as a friend choosing not to play minecraft with you any more, a sticker that says Israel kills babies or a professor educating students about the genocide in Gaza, are not antisemitism.
Have been watching the antisemitism RC closely & struggling to find actual examples of antisemitism. Zero institutionalised racism, segregation, or systemic exclusion like First Nations people still face. Examples lack evidence & rely on hearsay. Clearly just a massive beat-up.
