The obvious answer is that these are different constituencies and so should have different representatives. Each House district shall have an absentee rep, a mail-in rep, and a same-day rep. The mail-in rep can only vote in Congress via mail-in

Never thought it through but have read Bailey was operating as a public bank - intent isn't profit it is investment. He was stuck b/c unlike a properly chartered public bank, he had to get resources from higher up that were hostile to his intentions, kinda of like the USPS of the past two decades

These people - particularly the ones with loud voices - are already lost. It would take specially trained mental health specialists and still luck of the roll to make any headway. Nothing less, including you or me, would suffice.
The only use of talking to these people is not to benefit them in any way, but to understand whatever systemic pressures set the stage for (but do not absolve them of) their foolish amorality and work to prevent that from damaging the next generation.
