This is the first time a person doesn't tell me I have no reason to hold grudges or be traumatized by something that happened in the past. "Let it go" they say. Only if it was that easy, but usually the things I hold were very severe traumatic things, not simple stuff like someone just being rude.

Some doctors tend to undervalue these problems. But you really need a specific medication that avoids the migraines and if you still have them an SOS medication you can take once it starts. If you need any help, I'm here bud, I've had a migraine for around 3 days last week too 🫂

As a person that suffers from chronic migraines.You need to go asap.They need to give you in the vein a mix of Tylenol,w/ caffeine and something for nausea if you have it too.But you need to look for a neurologist that is specialist in migraines and ask for their help.Not all are very understanding-
