I could definitely feel it in my lungs biking into work this morning.

I fear that until CPD and the City of Chicago takes bike lane blocking seriously riders will feel that they must do or say something to offenders since no one else will. This incident and the many like it are a consequence of the City's refusal to enforce its own ordinance.
