I don’t think the other cats were the problem here, new to a house and a window open,doesn’t need much more.. I was just thinking about it because you mentioned she had some fights (which is completely normal) and I was wondering how these people might react if this happens with one of their cats..

If it helps at all I think her being an adult already, she probably feels very stressed around other cats and this person clearly wasn’t going to care about it and give her the time to adapt

So sorry about this….. some people are just impossible.. I can’t understand what they were thinking… But Coco is a clever cat, she’s an adult cat, she’ll find her way back

She’ll go back to normal with you in no time but putting in a carrier a cat that is not used to it is very complicated.. maybe there’s another way to keep her enclosed without her feeling trapped? Until they come to pick her up, and then at least there’s more of you to try things..hope all goes well
