@cacomixpod.bsky.social Question for you. Lately I've been listening to a fair amount of talk about AI in novels, has it's usage become common in comics as well? Are there all kinds of niche and self-published comics that are entirely written by AI, like there are in the book publishing world?

Listened to a podcast where an "author" was outspoken and unapologetic about his usage of AI in writing his first "novel". Any sci fi fans stumble across Darkshiner by David P. Silverman, toss that slop where it belongs, right in the 🗑️.

Wife and I stated cataloging all our books in an effort to better keep track of things. Final tally as of now: 1,785 books. Now, that doesn't count the approximately 3,000 single issue comics we have, we only included TPBs or GNs, since that's mainly all we buy comics wise these days.
