We 🚲❤️ to see it! BikeLoud has always strongly advocated for the goal of 25% of all trips by bike by 2030 (as approved by @portlandcouncil.bsky.social in 2015 Climate Action Plan ➕ Portland Comp & Bike Plans). Beijing leadership worked quickly to get the city to 30% mode share. PDX can do it too!
