I only collect very casually but it's just so much fun. Recent sets have gone so hard, just look at these commons.

That said, there are plenty of commons that go this damn hard.

This is an alt art of a common but it's also incredibly cheap as it comes from a pre-built deck bonus pack (actually insane to me, you'd expect that to carry a hella big premium).

Been sleeping for 4 to 5 hours a night lately and it's starting to fuck me up.

As a pokemon collector I'm always going insane when something as sick as this only costs like... 2 GBP.

Having to do some quality checks with the manu because I'm not 100% on some of the other pins but aaaa these guy look so good with the little dragon on the shield!

Oh my god I'm SO sorry - I live in constant fear of it happening to me because I'm the kind of person who can hear the neighbour next door using their vacuumcleaner and it drives me insane. A data centre like this would literally kill me.

This card is so incredibly sick and from another one of my fav artists. It's so nice how cheap many absolutely stunning digimon cards are.

Serious tho, her work is just incredible - she mostly posts low res images online (for good reason) so it's difficult to give good examples but aaaa just look at this

Kayo Horaguchi is one of my fav artists - her use of flat colours and bright colours in the most chaotic yet pleasing way always delights me. She's done various digimon merch too, including a TCG promo set that I sadly I couldn't afford on release, but I finally managed to get my best boy!

But hey the movie made a lot of chuds very angry so I'll cheer it on for that.

I say 50/50 but that's only because of the source material. The only movie he's done that I enjoyed was Interstellar and Inception wasn't too bad. I fucking hate Oppenheimer, The Dark Knight, Momento etc they all pretend to be so deep while they're really not.

The other day I was like: I think I'd like to go see The Odyssey but then my gf pointed out who the director was and you know what, I'll wait until it's free. There is a 50/50 chance I will love it or absolutely loathe it with him - so many of his works are so shallow while pretending to be deep.

I don't know what this would drive me to do if it showed up next to me but it wouldn't be pretty.
