Scum are against inclusivity. Features that help the Disabled interact with your games also help those who may have lesser impairments in the same areas, but those features make it so that they too can enjoy the game. Personally I need to be able to change the Brightness in a game due to my issues

On managing Chronic Pain: I too have multiple layers of pain and issues. I do a massive amount of Chronic Pain management work every day to keep my pain load below the level that causes Blackouts because I had the audacity to breathe. One day I dream of being able to Stand without a high fall risk.

I have gone to the ER twice in the last month. Once for the high pain load and the other time for Stroke like symptoms. They didn't do anything either time for me beyond telling me to go see the doctors who sent me to the ER. Sigh.

The doctors tell me it is only "mild" Arthritis and not to be concerned about it. But it is triggering Sciatica at a constant pain load of 9+. Putting on my socks today almost caused me to blackout. How is that mild? What am I going to do when it gets worse?

I definitely owe my deceased father an apology. I used to hate it when he would grunt and scream with every step due to his #ChronicPain from Arthritis in his knees. It has only been 5 years since then, but now my own Arthritis in my back & hips are making me grunt and scream with every step. :(
