Full disclosure-I didn’t eat meat for 20 years until I developed an unexplained cardiac arrhythmia which small portions of meat set right-I don’t know what I was missing as I ate fish & dairy but a small portion of bacon (no ritual killing) monthly is enough-omnivores need some/not too much meat
