July was a month staying close to home for us compared to some parts of our year. These are some of my favourite photos over the last 31 days.

31st July 2026. My rather pleasant morning. Coffee and almond croissant followed by a leisurely wander home along the creek.

19th July 2026 Cairn Curran Reservoir near Newstead, Victoria in the fog…haven’t seen it like this in the 20 or so years we’ve been coming out here!!!! Different world!

18th July 2026 The water in Chinamans Spring in Trentham is so clear that you wouldn’t think those gum leaves closest to me were 20-30cm under water!!! The water in the shade reflects like a mirror.
