After some ill-advised crawling and squatting while moving stuff around yesterday, my legs are achy and sore, so no class today either. Did a short Yin yoga video routine instead (not from the lady who caused me to hurt myself on Monday, though.)

Skipped class today because it's rainy and so muggy out, I'd arrive there already damp. Instead I did a routine by someone on YouTube that is purportedly for lower back pain, and now my lower back...doesn't hurt exactly, nlbut feels as if it's on fire.

The Crown Royal marinade was meh but I managed to cook the pork so it was juicy and delicious. I'll take the win.

I guess this is the US version of "sending coals to Newcastle."
