Sketched an idea for my player character for a potential one-shot dnd party??? I'm a total noob so i barely know or understand but I want to try again. Elderly Owlin Mage with fairy companion on the search for a dear old friend who stopped replying to their mutual letters.

if i could bring back 2 creatures from the distant past... Pterosaurs and trilobites. I love all the stuff that's around now but I NEEEED to see living Pterosaurs, one of the four times that flight has evolved in the history of earth (that we know of).

havent used oil pants since i was 16 👁️👁️gouache base + water soluble oil paints, getting practice

I also did some sketching with a nice pencil I got, but the paper really holds onto graphite and doesn't erase very well 😔my cheap ass sketchbook....

midnight dip pen and gouache sesh on very inadequate sketch paper. It was practice though for a thick rendering method. Unspecific Pterosaur, taking some inspo from an existing skull and a cassowary headcrest. #paleoart

Beast Secured. Bucket and peanut butter never fails, but this is a juvenile deer mouse which means there's probably a family of deer mice sneaking in through the holes around the pipes. Thankfully they are native so they can be relocated into a local forested area.

just got done having an awesome in-person hang out with friends, so gonna lock in on completing comms for this month 🤌 gonna be fairly quiet since I need to work but I had so much fun this weekend! yay!

some quick drawings today of oc's, getting back into the swing of things. Lycanthrope form of my character Dino, and then an AU version of my oc Bishop which is compatible with my friend's setting.

Took me 2 days to set my bedroom up but I am officially unpacked! some things are lost but shall be found later in my mess. I want a carpet for under my armchair and a narrow book shelf so i can put the rest of my books on display.
