Unfortunately, no. I only quoted a part of it that was used in one of my sources. Apparently, the full title is "My Views on Tanka and Senryu: I Chose Senryu" and was published in issue 40 of Senryu Journal. I tried looking for it online but couldn't find it apart from the quoted passage.

Thanks for including another of Tokizane's works -- very insightful. The Wang poem -- I wonder if his "fishbone clouds" is playing on the term "mackerel sky"? That's an autumn kigo, though, so maybe not, but it certainly came to mind when I read it. Good selections all around.
