Had a great (busy) week helping to organise the @eso.org AGN Feedback Across all Scales and Time conference ✨ Lots of interesting discussion and familiar faces! Next stop Ascona, to attend The Many Scales of Galaxy Environments conference 🌌

I will be at #EAS2026Lausanne this year on Wednesday 1st July, running the AGN populations in large sky radio surveys session SS13 📡 If you are around on Wednesday, come and say hi!

Great paper on arXiv today by @astro-obs-ncl.bsky.social PhD student Houda Haidar! ✨ Using #JWST data, she finds a strong morphological link between the warm dust, radio, and coronal [SiVI] emission (tracing shocks), implying shocks heating the dust ⚡️ Read the paper here: arxiv.org/abs/2601.02865

That's a wrap on another great #STEMFest in Newcastle! It was a great event, talking to thousands of primary, secondary, and sixth form students about space! 🚀 It's been a busy #WorldSpaceWeek, speaking to students, giving a school talk, and being part of Meet a Scientist with Dynamic Earth 🌎
