Well mainly I want to share my favorite films with people and this gives me the means to do that. It's a really nice scene and makes me really happy!

I forgot to answer your question, but this sort of community project could be housed almost anywhere -- in a cleaned-out garage, for instance. I have a large and random collection of books and lots of games and puzzles. I'll post more photos.

I'm opening a bakery in the building next month!

The building had been the village grocery when I was a kid and then vacant. Then one day I saw it was finally for sale and so I pulled into the parking lot and bought jt. I funded it myself, run it myself, and everything is free and open to anyone. (I've been lucky that my books have done well.)
