I remember him being incredibly nice, very curious, and so sweet to a young woman who recognized him and freaked out. Obviously his music meant a lot to millions, but the way he carried himself left a huge impression on me. We should all aspire to be that kind and inquisitive, even in our successes.

Glen Hansard came into the comic shop I worked at late one night. When I recognized him and asked him if he needed anything he explained he was just passing by and was curious, knowing very little about comics. We walked around the shop and he asked questions and eagerly listened.
