LOVED Legend of Aang! My favorite kind of hand drawn animation has subtle character body and facial expressions, but it's just not done much anymore. This movie has SO MUCH of that. You see intense love and passion for the craft in every single frame. Shoulder to shoulder with the best anime today.

It's a bummer Kevin Smith doesn't do these Batman pods anymore because they might be my favorite stuff he's done. This Neal Adams podcast on his career and the history of comics is amazing. His story getting Jerry and Joe their credit and $ for Superman will make you angry and then fist bump the air

No you don’t understand, if you haven’t seen the Odyssey yet: run to the theater.

I'd like to add: I saw SO MANY op-eds asking/saying "Who's fault is this?" and "Why it failed". So many!! Everyone saying that this was overblown on purpose because it was a women-led movie were absolutely correct. There is just nothing here to warrant that volume of noise it got.

Supergirl is relentlessly fine. People are weird.

I don't know if this is an unpopular opinion but I think reserved seating for movies is crap. We gotta go back to just making sure you're either on time or you get there early. Basically gotta wait a month to see Odyssey in IMAX!

I've been looking at a lot of Will Eisner's comics over the last few weeks and I think if I ever went into doing serious comic art again, this is exactly how I would draw them. I'm so deeply about everything he's doing here.

This was my favorite comic of 2025- so much so that I bought two copies. One to keep for myself to read and one to lend it out to anyone interested. Amazing book and very much appreciate DWJ for making it!
